Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Tags and original packaging must remain attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings or other hygiene-sensitive jewelry

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or used

Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Cross & Glam Kids.
